I trained at Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics in New York City, and over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working in plastic surgery offices across New York. This experience gave me a deeper understanding and appreciation of how the skin functions and the science behind it. I believe in the power of knowledge, and I take great care to understand the "why" behind each treatment. This allows me to create customized treatment plans that deliver the best results for your unique skin needs. How to prepare for your appointment
KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS: I will need to know every product that you use on your skin so please make a list of the products, including the brand, or simply bring them in with you.
BE OPEN TO RECOMMENDATIONS: You may come in for a specific service that interests you, however I may recommend something that would yield better results. Skincare is best left to the professionals.
CONSENT FORMS: All clients are required to complete and sign consent forms before their treatment. These forms ensure you are informed about the procedure, potential risks, and any aftercare. These are updated annually or if your medical history changes.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule, as a courtesy to the next client. *For services that cannot be shortened, late arrivals will result in a rescheduling fee.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Please provide at least 72 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $75 fee.
* Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service booked, unless the appointment can be filled by another client.
* Same-Day Cancellations/24 Hours or Less: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service booked.
* No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us, it will be considered a no-show. This will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment including any prepaid deposits. No-shows will require prepayment for future bookings and will be unable to book online appointments.
